1. During the process of filling medical information and generating QR code, we have multiple strictly confidential information technics/NDA to protect your privacy.

2. Our server and database is safeguarded by Tencent Clouds. The personal information and medical information of our users is saved separately and be protected all-roundly through technics, hardware and management procedures. Unless be authorized by our users or required by law, we would not provide the medical information and QR code that can identify a specific user to any third parties.

3. We have information safety committee which does bug detection and testing regularly. All the staffs have been trained to obey the strict data access control and user’s privacy protection agreements.

4. Users need to enter our website, log in through their accounts and passwords then check their information which can ensure their privacy safety.
